Fits large size ladies head, which is good. Not the best made helmet I've had (visible flaws are fairly obvious such as the plastic lid not quite meeting the poly shell) but it does the job. The light on the back isn't great, so will need to attach a decent one over the top of it.

Great lightweight helmet I use for commuting. Fits me with extra space (adult male). Didn't come with any instructions on the light at the back and the on off function is really difficult (hold between legs and exert all strength through thumbs). Hence the lost star. Otherwise great.
