Update: The company reached out to me about the issue with my helmet. They replaced the helmet and the strap/buckle on the new one is more secure than the first. Good customer service OnBros. Thank you. Initial review: It's not a terrible helmet. The quality is a bit lower than I expected. The fit isn't great for me, but it's fine for my son for whom I purchased it. The problem is that he won't wear it because the strap constantly comes loose. I thought maybe he wasn't using it correctly so I tried it for myself, and he's right. The male section of the buckle will not not stay in place. It continues to loosen more and more. That alone makes it unsafe. In an accident, I wouldn't trust the strap to keep the helmet on my head. Not sure if it's the buckle or the strap that's the issue. I'll probably end up returning it.
