It's keeps my head warm, which is what I bought it for. It's not made from the nicest or particularly soft material so it's a bit thick under the helmet. It also seems to be made for people with large heads.

I was sceptical about this, I bought other SD items and amazon suggested this and I thought I'd give it a go. I have to say I am very impressed. On cold days it is a godsend as it protects my ears from the cold harsh wind. The rest of the time I have found myself riding with it also as I find it makes my helmet more comfortable. It also has the advantage that when I work up a sweat it stops it from being absorbed by the helmet lining and after my session, I can just pop it into the wash read for the next outing.
